Yield: 2 servings
- 3/4 cup New England Coffee
- 2 ounces lemon sherbet
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Combine everything and blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glass.
